You might want to manage the onsite registration activities yourself. If that's the case, we can provide the equipment you need with the software installed and your attendee list ready to use. We deliver the equipment wherever you need it, anywhere in the World.
All you have to do is provide the database either as a spreadsheet or seamlessly using EventReference.
This is a great option when you have a smaller event or a tight event budget but still want professional badges. You'll get training, a detailed user guide and telephone support during office hours.
You will find our software invaluable for this as it can be set up in advance to work with blank certificate stock or plain paper.
Registration desks are used for certificate printing. Once delegates have qualified for CPD credits, fewer registration desks are needed. This keeps costs down.
To print a CPD certificate, delegates scan their badge barcode at the CPD printing point. The certificate is automatically printed for verified delegates.
Staff can also be available to assist delegates at the printing point.
Preview screens reduce the need to reprint incorrect badges
Show the delegate their badge on screen to check it is correct before printing
Useful for long, foreign or accented names
Customer facing screens ensure the operator has used the correct spelling
