Our promise when you choose to work with RefTech

Our staff have vast experience in badging and registration in the event industry. They're an incredibly dedicated, hard working team. They take enormous pride in ensuring you get the best service. Our promise involves a four-step process to ensure your event is expertly managed from initial enquiry through project management, delivery onsite and post-event review.

How we work

Account Management

Your first point of contact will be with one of our experienced Account Managers. They have enormous experience of the events industry so they understand the challenges you face. They'll listen to your requirements, ask you lots of questions and then offer you the best solution for your event whilst keeping your budget in mind. You'll have the same Account Manager throughout to maintain consistency.

We'll meet your needs with a combination of industry-leading technology and proven methods. Whatever your needs, the chances are we've been there, done that so the solution we offer will be the best for you and your event.

Your account manager will provide you with a proposal that will cover all aspects of your event, there will be no hidden costs and anything that is excluded will be highlighted.

Once you are happy with the solution and of the costs, your Account Manager will prepare a full handover of your event to your Project Manager.

Project Management

One of our team of dedicated project managers will be assigned to support you throughout your event so you'll have one point of contact.

They'll give you a schedule so you and they can see when we need information from you and when we'll be sending you the information and materials you need.

Your Project Manager will also give you access to EventReference, our event management system. They'll show you how to use the system, including the powerful reporting tools that it provides.

Your Project Manager's job is to look after the whole registration process so you don't have to worry about it.

Onsite Management

If you're using our onsite services, your project manager will tell you which of our onsite team will be looking after registration at your event. They are all very experienced and they'll be fully briefed.

Our onsite manager's job is to become an integral part of your team. They'll set up the equipment and, if training is needed, they’ll train the registration team. They'll be with you throughout your event to make sure the registration process is running smoothly, answer your questions and make any changes you need. Importantly, they'll produce any reports that you need when you need them.

Post Event

After your event, your Project Manager will call you to ensure you have everything you need post-event and to discuss the event overall. If possible, they’ll arrange a post-show review meeting.

That's what we aim for. But we've been involved in events long enough to know that sometimes they don't run as smoothly we'd all like. If you're not fully satisfied at any point, please tell one of your main RefTech contacts: account manager, project manager or onsite manager.
