Your first point of contact will be with one of our highly experienced Account Managers. They'll listen to your requirements and offer you the best solutions for your event.
Your Account Manager will provide you with a proposal that will cover every detail of your event with no hidden costs. Once you're happy with your solution, they will prepare a full handover of your event for your Project Manager.
You will be assigned one of our dedicated Project Managers, who will support you throughout your event as your main point of contact. You will be provided with a schedule and any other support you need to make your experience as smooth as possible.
Your Project Manager will take care of the whole registration process so you don't have to worry about it.
If you are using our onsite services, your Project Manager will tell you which of our expert onsite team will be looking after registration at your event. Your Project Manager will also give them an in-depth brief, and fill them in on all the important details.
They will set up the equipment, train the registration team, and be with you throughout the event to ensure the registration process runs smoothly.
After your event, your Project Manager will call you to ensure you have everything you need post-event and to discuss the event overall. If possible, they'll arrange a post-show review meeting.
Your feedback may then be relayed to your Account Manager to understand what went well, and if you might benefit from anything else for your next event.
