Verity went above and beyond. She brought the badge trays to my house (I live local to RefTech) before I flew to my event. This saved me a trip out when I was very busy with last minute preparation. She also really cared that I was happy with everything for my event. I definitely want to work with Verity again!


Ellie and Rob were great... Ellie for walking through the process with me step by step and being ever so patient with me when I missed a few deadlines. Rob was also brilliant as we had higher numbers than expected and he dealt with that in a friendly, calm and professional manner.
