Account Management
Your first point of contact will be with an experienced Account Manager.
Your dedicated Account Manager will listen to you and understand your requirements, provide advice and guidance, then prepare a proposal for your approval. They will ensure a comprehensive handover to your Project Manager.

Project Management
You will have a dedicated Project Manager throughout your event.
Your Project Manager will liaise with you on the detail and ensure everything is ready for your event including training you on the EventReference event management system and reporting tools. They will also brief the Onsite Manager.

Onsite Management
You will be told who from our onsite team will be looking after registration.
Your Onsite Manager will be onsite throughout the event, ensuring equipment is ready, and the event runs smoothly. They are your contact point for queries and they will gather information for your post-event review.

Post Event
After the event, your Project Manager will call you to review the event
Your Project Manager will make sure you have everything you need post-event and, where possible, arrange a postevent meeting.
