Technology is at the heart of everything we do.

It's the powerhouse behind our online event registration platform that we deploy for all our clients requiring event registration, badging and scanning services. Developed in-house by our team of tech wizards, our purpose is to provide technology solutions that are easy to use, reliable and efficient so that the organiser and visitor experience is seamless. All our tech addresses real-life challenges event organisers face. We don't use tech for the sake of it.

Our ScanPods and PrintPods are examples of the developments we have made in creating contact-free and convenient solutions for badge scanning, event entry, session scanning, verification scanning and capacity control.

During 2023, we saw a huge uptake of this new technology and we are proud of the impact these have made on registration areas. This year, we are the official partners for International Confex, the Event Production Show and the PA Show with 18 freestanding PrintPods strategically positioned across the three shows. Customers are choosing to use ScanPods and PrintPods time and again.

The tech behind all our solutions has the power and the tools to give organisers what they need onsite whilst providing rich performance data and actionable intelligence.

This year technology enhancements will continue with the aim of delivering better, faster, easier event registration, badging and scanning services for event organisers.
