A stand-alone, easy to use badging system that produces professional badges on-site for smaller events

A simple and easy to use badging process:

• We print badge blanks that include your logo or image in the design
• You send us a spreadsheet containing your delegates' details
• We import it into RefBadge and print the badges
• We ship a badging kit (laptop, badge printer and badges) to you
• You can use the kit on-site to produce badges for name changes and late registrations
• If required, the kit can be supplied with scanners so you can have attendance reports
• You ship the kit back to us
• We can supply personnel if needed
